From Chapter President to Entrepreneurs' Organization Regional Chair

When I reflect on my journey with the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the opportunities it has given me to grow as a leader and connect with inspiring individuals. My path from Chapter President to Regional Chair for the EO APAC region was both natural and transformative, pushing me to expand my horizons and make a meaningful impact.

A Leadership Journey That Felt Right

“I loved being chapter president, and it was a natural progression to regional chair.” I remember saying this often because it’s true—my time as Chapter President was such a fulfilling experience. It gave me a chance to shape strategies and support our members on a local level, but even more, it deepened my passion for leadership. Taking on the role of Regional Chair felt like the next step, a way to expand my impact and help EO thrive on a larger scale.

Leading the Entrepreneurs' Organization in APAC

In my role as Regional Chair, I’ve been fortunate to work with an incredible community of entrepreneurs across Asia-Pacific. This position has allowed me to bring together diverse voices, foster innovation, and strengthen the bonds within our region.

What excites me most about leading EO in APAC is the chance to collaborate with visionary leaders who inspire me every day. Together, we’ve worked to implement programs that enhance member experiences and address the unique challenges of entrepreneurs in this dynamic region. The diversity of perspectives has been both humbling and motivating, and it has taught me that leadership is as much about listening as it is about acting.

How EO Has Shaped My Growth

When I joined EO, I expected to grow professionally, but I didn’t realize just how much it would shape me personally as well. Through EO, I’ve connected with mentors, peers, and friends who challenge me to think bigger and better. They’ve taught me the value of adaptability, empathy, and innovation.

Each role I’ve taken on in EO has come with new challenges and opportunities, pushing me to step out of my comfort zone and evolve as a leader. The resources and support I’ve gained through EO have been invaluable, but more than that, it’s the people—their resilience, creativity, and camaraderie—that continue to inspire me.

Reflecting on the Power of Leadership

Being a leader in EO is about more than managing an organization. It’s about building a community, amplifying voices, and helping others unlock their potential. My journey from Chapter President to Regional Chair is a testament to what’s possible when you embrace growth and take on challenges with an open mind and heart.

As I look ahead, I’m excited about the future of EO and the ways we can continue to innovate, connect, and support one another. Leadership is a journey, not a destination, and I’m grateful to be walking this path alongside such incredible individuals.
